How it works

Consult

A discovery call will initiate working together to better understand your ideas and direction. Using information you provide, we'll outline a plan & discuss the visual elements you need.
Once we've agreed on a design direction, work will begin on your Instagram templates asap.

Design

In order for designs to align with your brand's visual identity a brand kit will be required from you. This incudes brand colors, fonts, photography, and logos. If you do not have a brand kit, we will work together to create the visuals you need with what you have.
*Discussion on changing/updating branding kit elements will be discussed in the discovery call

Revise

Your satisfaction is my priority. Once the initial designs are presented, we'll collaborate through up to three rounds of revisions to fine-tune every detail, ensuring the templates perfectly capture your desired aesthetic.

Deliver

Once the designs are finalized and approved, I'll deliver your complete package of custom Instagram posts. This includes ready-to-post designs in PNG format, perfect for immediate use, alongside editable templates built into Canva so you can easily customize and update your content whenever you need. An additional PDF document with examples of how to assemble your templates will be provided as well as a Brand Guidelines Sheet.
*Premium Canva subscription will be required if using custom fonts
